Cette huile est produite et fournie par les Pays-Bas. Malgr\u00e9 les nombreuses critiques \u00e9mises par ces familles, la loi changea, et changera bient\u00f4t encore une fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Cas de Billy Cadwell<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Voici l\u2019histoire de Billy Cadwell, un gar\u00e7on irlandais \u00e2g\u00e9 de 12 ans. Il recevait sa m\u00e9dication depuis la NHS (bureau de sant\u00e9 publique anglais). Un jour, il \u00e9tait bloqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'a\u00e9roport, en rentrant du Canada, avec un tout nouveau lot de m\u00e9dicaments. La police a confisqu\u00e9 son traitement, suscitant donc l\u2019indignation de l\u2019opinion publique, qui a fortement critiqu\u00e9 l\u2019action du gouvernement sur ce sujet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0Quelques jours apr\u00e8s la confiscation de ses m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 l'a\u00e9roport, Billy d\u00fb aller \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital. Les m\u00e9dicaments utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital \u00e9taient inefficaces pour le soulager d\u2019une \u201ccrise d'\u00e9pilepsie massive et insurmontable. Le pire dans tout \u00e7a, Billy n\u2019avait pas eu de crises d\u2019\u00e9pilepsie depuis 19 mois avant que la police ne lui confisque ses m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le porte-parole d\u2019une organisation pour la d\u00e9fense du cannabis m\u00e9dical au Royaume-Uni, appel\u00e9e End Our Pain (Mettre Fin \u00e0 Notre Douleur) a affirm\u00e9 que la cessation de la livraison de cannabis m\u00e9dical depuis les Pays-Bas est \u201cune question de vie ou de mort pour ces enfants\u201d. Une agence gouvernementale a affirm\u00e9 qu'ils partagaient la pr\u00e9occupation des patients, en pr\u00e9cisant: \u201cil existe une gamme d\u2019alternatives aux m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 base de cannabis disponibles aux anglais\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cependant, selon l\u2019organisation End Our Pain, les autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales ont livr\u00e9 seulement trois prescriptions pour ces m\u00e9dicaments depuis les r\u00e9formes de 2018. La m\u00e9dication produite aux Pays-Bas a un co\u00fbt de pr\u00e8s de \u00a32.000 par mois, for\u00e7ant ces familles \u00e0 d\u00e9pendre des organisations caritatives et des moyens ill\u00e9gaux pour avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 leurs traitements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
