En Am\u00e9rique du Sud, comme en Asie, les pays se pr\u00e9parent pour \u00e9tendre les droits de leurs
citoyens L\u2019Argentine<\/a> , elle, a fait un grand pas: la l\u00e9galisation de l'auto culture de marijuana pour raisons m\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le premier signe est apparu en 2017, lorsque le droit d\u2019utiliser le cannabis comme un m\u00e9dicament fut accept\u00e9 par la loi. Mais cette nouveaut\u00e9 \u00e9tait applicable seulement pour une minorit\u00e9 de la population, notamment pour les patients souffrant d'\u00e9pilepsie r\u00e9fractaire. Ces derniers ont eu de la chance, et ont pu commencer \u00e0 utiliser ce m\u00e9dicament naturel il y a trois ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant ce temps, un registre national et volontaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant de faciliter l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019huile de cannabis. N\u00e9anmoins, aujourd'hui nous savons qu\u2019il n\u2019est toujours pas op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Nouvelle \u00c8re: La M\u00e9decine Verte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bon, plus de suspens. Cette ann\u00e9e-ci, la loi de 2017 a \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9e par une nouvelle loi, et bien meilleure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les citoyens argentins peuvent maintenant cultiver le cannabis \u00e0 la maison, et donc, l\u2019utiliser comme une m\u00e9decine. En fait, pour l\u2019instant, la loi ne sp\u00e9cifie pas la quantit\u00e9 de plantes que l\u2019on peut avoir l\u00e9galement chez soi, et elle peut \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9e l\u00e9galement pour son usage direct, ainsi que pour la production d\u2019huiles, de cr\u00e8mes ou d\u2019autres produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de la plante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De cette mani\u00e8re, la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation supprime les peines de prison, selon la vieille loi, \u00e9tant de 15 ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour obtenir l'autorisation, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'avoir un certificat m\u00e9dical et le consentement du Reprocann. Le Reprocann (Programme de Registre du Cannabis) est le bureau gouvernemental charg\u00e9 de soumettre ces autorisations.
\u201cPour obtenir l\u2019autorisation de la culture, les patients devront s' enregistrer eux-m\u00eames, ou gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un membre de leur famille, une tierce partie ou une organisation civile autoris\u00e9e par les agences de contr\u00f4le\", indique le texte adopt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Maintenant, vous vous demandez ce qui se passe si les patients ne savent pas comment cultiver la plante. Cela signifie qu\u2019ils n\u2019auront pas l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser ce m\u00e9dicament? Bon, bien s\u00fbr que non!
Puisqu\u2019en plus de l\u00e9galiser l\u2019auto culture, le gouvernement a autoris\u00e9 la vente et importation des produits li\u00e9s au cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Agences Nationales charg\u00e9es de la promotion et de la vente de cette production publique seront des laboratoires, eux aussi, publics. Ensuite, les produits seront distribu\u00e9s par la Banque Nationale d\u2019Oncologie, Drogues et Pharmacies.
En Argentine, il est possible d\u2019importer et d'acheter des produits sp\u00e9ciaux manufactur\u00e9s dans le pays. De plus, les gens n\u2019ayant pas d\u2019emploi social ou d\u2019assurance priv\u00e9e pourront acc\u00e9der aux kits de culture et aux produits en pharmacies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour l\u2019instant, l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pratiquement verte, aux Etats Unis nous avons gagn\u00e9 de nouveaux droits, en Asie les changements progressent \u00e0 1000 kilom\u00e8tres par heure, au Mexique<\/a> la l\u00e9galisation est au coin de la rue et l'Am\u00e9rique du Sud continue de nous surprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
