Paul affirme que les r\u00e9gulations actuelles n\u2019anticipent pas le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour bien r\u00e9colter, les possibles d\u00e9lais des tests, et les facteurs environnementaux que les fermiers ne peuvent pas contr\u00f4ler. Ces facteurs affectent les niveaux finaux de THC dans le chanvre depuis sa r\u00e9colte dans le champs. L\u2019HEMP Act de 2020 prot\u00e8gerait \u00e9galement les fermiers, interm\u00e9diaires et transporteurs en r\u00e9clamant la possession d\u2019un certificat de la graine, prouvant que le chanvre ai \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d\u2019une graine de 1% de THC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Le S\u00e9nat a une autre mesure dans la poche, d\u00e9j\u00e0 approuv\u00e9e ce mois-ci par ses homologues de la Chambre des D\u00e9put\u00e9es, pour retirer toutes les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de cannabis de la Loi des Substances Control\u00e9es des \u00c9tats-unis.
