Le ministre tha\u00eflandais de la Sant\u00e9 publique, Anutin Charnvirakul, pr\u00e9voit de donner gratuitement jusqu'\u00e0 un million de plants de cannabis d\u00e8s que la culture et l'utilisation personnelles du cannabis seront l\u00e9galis\u00e9es en juin prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9sidents seront autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 cultiver de l'herbe pour un usage m\u00e9dical personnel et dans le cadre d\u2019une entreprise commerciale \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon un article publi\u00e9 sur Facebook par Anutin, les citoyens tha\u00eflandais seront autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 cultiver \"autant de plantes de cannabis\" qu'ils le souhaitent dans leur maison une fois que les r\u00e9formes entreront en vigueur le mois prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Cela permettra au peuple et au gouvernement de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plus de 10 milliards de bahts par an (300 millions d'euros) de revenus gr\u00e2ce au cannabis et au chanvre\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Anutin Charnvirakul \u00e0 Nation Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gouvernement a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'il pr\u00e9voyait de donner un million de plants de cannabis aux citoyens afin de susciter l'enthousiasme pour la nouvelle loi sur la culture du cannabis qui entrera en vigueur apr\u00e8s le 9 juin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les vendeurs \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle auront besoin de l'approbation du gouvernement pour vendre du cannabis. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les r\u00e9glementations locales, les petits vendeurs de produits \u00e0 base de cannabis n'auront pas besoin de s'enregistrer aupr\u00e8s de la Food and Drug Administration ; cependant, les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle auront besoin de l'approbation du gouvernement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
