Une grand-m\u00e8re \u00e2g\u00e9e de 69 ans, fut injustement arr\u00eat\u00e9e \u00e0 Disneyland. Les employ\u00e9s en charge de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 trouv\u00e8rent dans son sac, une bouteille d\u2019huile de hemp (chanvre), un d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du CBD. On lui mit des menottes et on l\u2019envoya rapidement en prison \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une voiture de police, le tout devant ses petits enfants. Cette histoire est apparue dans les journaux du soir \u00e0 travers toute la Floride, et choqua la communaut\u00e9 du Cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle \u00e9tait en voyage avec ses petits enfants, depuis la Caroline vers la Floride, pour r\u00e9aliser leur r\u00eave. Mais l\u2019horreur arriva, les enfants durent regarder leur grand-m\u00e8re menott\u00e9e et embarqu\u00e9e en voiture de police. L\u2019incident a traumatis\u00e9 Mme. Hester Burkhalter. Elle poss\u00e9dait un justificatif m\u00e9dical et toutes les recommandations de son docteur, mais ceci ne fut pas suffisant pour la prot\u00e9ger de la prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle \u00e9tait tellement stress\u00e9e, qu\u2019elle fut aper\u00e7u en train de vomir pr\u00e8s de la voiture de police, avant d\u2019\u00eatre emport\u00e9e, alors qu\u2019elle avait demand\u00e9 une ambulance, une requ\u00eate refus\u00e9e par les policiers qui lui dirent \u00ab\u00a0rentrez dans la voiture\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mme. Hester, \u00e0 juste titre, s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e devant la Justice contre Disneyland Florida. Elle a demand\u00e9 6 millions de dollars \u00e0 titre de dommages indemnisables, ainsi que 12 millions de dollars de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats punitifs pour sa d\u00e9tention ill\u00e9gale, puisque l\u2019huile de CBD qu\u2019elle poss\u00e9dait est indiqu\u00e9e pour traiter sa s\u00e9v\u00e8re arthrite et sa douleur articulaire, et est en cons\u00e9quence, l\u00e9gale au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chez Disneyland, il n\u2019existe pas de liste des substances stipul\u00e9es comme ill\u00e9gales, m\u00eame pas la marijuana, donc une plante qui, techniquement, est autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du parc. Bien que ces substances soient l\u00e9gales aux yeux de la juridiction de la Floride, elles ne sont pas l\u00e9gales pour Disneyland. Comme nous le savons, l\u2019huile qu\u2019elle poss\u00e9dait \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme ill\u00e9gale. Les r\u00e8gles du parc sont un peu bizarres, en notant que la consommation d\u2019alcool et d\u2019opiac\u00e9s sont autoris\u00e9s. Alors, on se demande si les politiques de Disneyland ne seraient pas obsol\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que Disneyland est dans le radar du cannabis. Le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre com\u00e9dien\nRobert Downey et m\u00eame l\u2019ex pr\u00e9sident Barack Obama, ont reconnu qu\u2019ils s\u2019\u00e9taient fait attraper en train de fumer de l\u2019herbe dans le parc. Apr\u00e8s de s\u00e9rieux avertissements, ils furent vir\u00e9s, sans appeler la police. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors, que s\u2019est-il pass\u00e9 avec Hester et sa bouteille d\u2019huile? Je suppose que ce n\u2019est pas \u00e0 propos de ce que l\u2019on sait (sur la loi), mais bien QUI conna\u00eet-on?. Il semble que la fortune et la c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9 aid\u00e8rent le com\u00e9dien et le futur pr\u00e9sident, mais malheureusement, la grand-m\u00e8re de 69 ans, Hester, n\u2019eu pas la m\u00eame chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
