L'Afrique du Sud a donn\u00e9 son feu vert \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration l\u00e9gale de pharmacie de cannabis. Le dispensaire de cannabis a ouvert ses portes en Afrique du Sud apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u sa licence fin 2021 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un pas en avant apr\u00e8s la fin de la prohibition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THC Pharmacy, enregistr\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du South African Pharmacy Board et du Department of Health, fournira des cartes d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux utilisateurs de cannabis m\u00e9dical. L'Afrique du Sud a mis fin \u00e0 la prohibition du cannabis en d\u00e9p\u00e9nalisant sa consommation priv\u00e9e en 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon le PDG de THC Africa, Kyle Brocklebank, la pharmacie, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Glenanda, Johannesburg, se chargera des proc\u00e9dures de demande d'utilisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical et donnera des cours de cuisine avec du cannabis. Ellel fournira \u00e9galement deux autres pharmacies en Afrique du Sud : CBD Hub \u00e0 Meyerton, Gauteng, et CBD Emporium \u00e0 Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abJusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la pharmacie a vendu plus de 3 kg de fleurs m\u00e9dicales s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. C'est lent car chaque carte ne permet que 120g par personne et par mois soit 4g par jour pendant 30 jours. Nous visons environ 500 membres porteurs de cartes, nous pr\u00e9voyons environ 30 \u00e0 50 kg de produits vendus par mois \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Brocklebank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THC Pharmacy a obtenu sa licence apr\u00e8s un processus rigoureux. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La pharmacie a subi divers contr\u00f4les de qualit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l'Autorit\u00e9 sud-africaine de r\u00e9glementation des produits de sant\u00e9 pour obtenir une licence. Apr\u00e8s ces v\u00e9rifications, la licence autorise la culture du cannabis \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales uniquement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abIl y a un certain nombre de sections auxquelles vous devez vous attaquer. Il y a des CIPRA, des conseils m\u00e9dicaux, des services de sant\u00e9, des licences et des comptes pharmaceutiques que vous devez ouvrir. Vous devez passer par les services de certification. C'est un processus tr\u00e8s fastidieux. Il faudra au moins deux \u00e0 trois ans pour s'en approcher. Le patient voit alors un m\u00e9decin qui \u00e9coute ses sympt\u00f4mes et lui prescrit du cannabis avec des doses sp\u00e9cifiques de CBD et de THC \u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 Brocklebank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les patients doivent remplir un document \u00e0 soumettre \u00e0 l'Autorit\u00e9 sud-africaine de r\u00e9glementation des produits de sant\u00e9 (Sahpra), qui est charg\u00e9e de d\u00e9livrer les cartes autorisant l'usage th\u00e9rapeutique du cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
