Le gouvernement du Premier ministre Edi Rama va l\u00e9galiser le cannabis m\u00e9dical en Albanie. En f\u00e9vrier dernier, le Premier ministre albanais avait demand\u00e9 l'avis des citoyens sur la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical par le biais d'un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum national. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les r\u00e9sultats parlent d'eux-m\u00eames puisque 61% des citoyens albanais ont vot\u00e9 en faveur de la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical. Selon les r\u00e9sultats du sondage, 308 000 citoyens contre 148 000 \u00e9taient favorables, tandis que 51 000 ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 n'avoir aucune opinion sur la l\u00e9galisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00abNous allons l\u00e9galiser le cannabis et ouvrir un nouveau front de travail et de croissance \u00e9conomique et d\u00e9velopper l'aspect technologique. Ce que les citoyens ont dit sera ex\u00e9cut\u00e9\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chef du gouvernement dans une d\u00e9claration aux m\u00e9dias albanais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab La voix des citoyens retentit, et nous ferons exactement ce que les citoyens veulent, certaines choses plus rapidement, d'autres plus lentement. Pour cette raison et pour de nombreuses autres raisons, nous notons que plus de 60% des citoyens qui ont r\u00e9pondu, 309 000 Albanais, conviennent que le pays devrait autoriser la culture, la transformation et l'exportation de cannabis strictement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales. Les Albanais jugent majoritairement qu'une telle approche d\u00e9couragerait l'ill\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la criminalit\u00e9 associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me majeur, non seulement albanais mais aussi international. Nous \u00e9couterons leur voix pour la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical et nous ouvrirons un nouveau front de travail et de croissance \u00e9conomique en mettant sur la voie l\u00e9gale et en luttant contre la criminalisation de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne comme nous l'avons fait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Spiropali. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
En 2020, Edi Rama avait annonc\u00e9 qu'il pr\u00e9parait un projet de loi pour l\u00e9galiser la culture du cannabis m\u00e9dical et souhaitait ouvrir un d\u00e9bat public. Le pays \u00e9tait autrefois l'un des plus importants producteurs de cannabis pour le march\u00e9 noir europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Au-del\u00e0 de l'int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9conomique, le pays tente \u00e9galement de rattraper ses voisins des Balkans, qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9marr\u00e9 une industrie du cannabis th\u00e9rapeutique, comme la Croatie, qui est devenue le premier pays des Balkans \u00e0 l\u00e9galiser le cannabis m\u00e9dical en 2015. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
