En 2021, les exportations de cannabis ont augment\u00e9 de 566 % au Portugal, selon les donn\u00e9es rapport\u00e9es par le Jornal de Not\u00edcias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"La quantit\u00e9 de fleurs s\u00e9ch\u00e9es avec une teneur en humidit\u00e9 \u00e9gale ou inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10% export\u00e9e en 2021 a atteint 30 tonnes\", rapporte le Cannareporter. Les exportations de cannabis entre 2020 et 2021 ont explos\u00e9 puisque ce chiffre \u00e9tait de 4,5 tonnes en 2020. En 2021, il y a eu une augmentation de 566%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les exportations de cannabis devraient continuer \u00e0 augmenter en 2022, les exportations entre janvier et f\u00e9vrier ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteint 10 tonnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actuellement, 18 entreprises sont autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 cultiver du cannabis au Portugal. La quasi-totalit\u00e9 du cannabis produit par ces entreprises est export\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Portugal a l\u00e9galis\u00e9 le cannabis m\u00e9dical en 2018. Depuis, seul Tilray a obtenu l'autorisation de vendre des fleurs avec 18% de THC pour le march\u00e9 portugais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon Infarmed \"il y a actuellement 2 (deux) demandes d'autorisation de mise sur le march\u00e9 (ACM) de pr\u00e9parations et substances \u00e0 base de plante de cannabis en cours, une concernant la fleur s\u00e9ch\u00e9e par vaporisation et une autre concernant une solution buvable\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cannareporter a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que des r\u00e9ponses sont en attente pour les deux demandes des entit\u00e9s autorisantes sans pr\u00e9ciser si elles concernent le CBD, le THC ou les deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En f\u00e9vrier, Infarmed avait confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 Cannareporter avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u 97 demandes de licences pour les activit\u00e9s de culture, fabrication, importation et exportation de cannabis \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales.
