Le gouvernement rwandais ouvrira prochainement un premier site de production de cannabis m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape apr\u00e8s la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical dans le pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Rwanda lancera son premier site de production de cannabis m\u00e9dical d\u2019une taille de 134 hectares selon des informations relay\u00e9es par le journal rwandays The New Times. Cette nouvelle est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape suite la l\u00e9galisation officielle du cannabis dans le pays il y a quelques mois<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le moment, la localit\u00e9 du site reste inconnue et aucune licence de culture n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e. Le gouvernement rwandais souhaite tirer profit de l\u2019industrie du cannabis. Les estimations pr\u00e9voit 10 millions de dollars par hectare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Le gouvernement s\u00e9lectionnera des entreprises avec une exp\u00e9rience dans la production de cannabis pour usage m\u00e9dical. Pour l\u2019instant, cinq entreprises sont en discussions avanc\u00e9es \u00bb, a annonc\u00e9 un cadre du RDB cit\u00e9 par le New Times<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Rwanda souhaite exporter du cannabis m\u00e9dical en Europe et aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gouvernment rwandais souhaite exporter enti\u00e8rement sa production de cannabis vers les \u00c9tats-Unis, le Canada, et l\u2019Europe, notamment en Allemagne et au Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Rwanda devrait donc prochainement devenir un concurrent important pour ces voisins tels que le Lesotho, le Botswana, l\u2019Ouganda et le Zimbabwe. Les entreprises disposant d\u2019une licence seront dans l\u2019obligation d\u2019investir dans des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 importants. L\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 l\u00e9galisant le cannabis m\u00e9dical pr\u00e9voit notamment la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me avec une \u00ab cl\u00f4ture \u00e0 double couche \u00bb , un agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00ab 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7\u00bb, de la \u00ab vid\u00e9osurveillance \u00bb, un \u00ab syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection des intrusions \u00bb ainsi qu\u2019une salle de contr\u00f4le tel que le rapporte le magazine Newsweed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Si vous obtenez une licence pour cultiver ces cultures th\u00e9rapeutiques au Rwanda, vous devrez mettre en place un programme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s solide qui doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par nos organes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et ce programme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sera fortement mis en \u0153uvre\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Claire Akamanzi, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Rwanda Development Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abIl n'y aura aucun moyen que le cannabis puisse s'\u00e9chapper de la ferme pour aller sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur ou aux mauvais utilisateurs. Les cultures seront dans un endroit tr\u00e8s d\u00e9sign\u00e9, il y aura des mesures tr\u00e8s fortes, qu'il s'agisse de cam\u00e9ras de vid\u00e9osurveillance, de tours de guet, de lampadaires et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 humaine. Cela va donc \u00eatre extr\u00eamement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-elle ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
