Un r\u00e9cent sondage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en Autriche montre les Autrichiens souhaitent l\u00e9galiser le cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e8s de 50% des personnes interrog\u00e9s ont vot\u00e9 pour la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du 21 au 24 f\u00e9vrier, l\u2019institut de sondage d\u2019opinion Unique Research a demand\u00e9 l\u2019opinion de 800 citoyens autrichiens par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et par Internet sur la possible l\u00e9galisation et sur la vente l\u00e9gale du cannabis dans les magasins. Ce sondage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour le magazine autrichien Profil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au total, 49 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont vot\u00e9 en faveur de la l\u00e9galisation. 26 % des participants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 ans et plus ont vot\u00e9 \u00ab absolument \u00bb concernant la question sur la mise en place d\u2019une r\u00e9glementation contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et 23% ont r\u00e9pondu \u00eatre \u00ab plut\u00f4t favorable \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les chiffres montent \u00e0 40% au total pour les opposants \u00e0 la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis. 17% des personnes interrog\u00e9es se consid\u00e8rent \u201cpas favorable\u201d \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019une r\u00e9glementation contr\u00f4l\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du cannabis, et 10% ont exprim\u00e9 ne pas avoir d\u2019opinion sur le sujet de la l\u00e9galisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concernant l\u2019acc\u00e8s au cannabis m\u00e9dical pour les patients, les personnes interrog\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019autant plus nombreuses \u00e0 \u00e9mettre un avis favorable. Au total, 78 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont favorables \u00e0 l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des patients au cannabis m\u00e9dical. 51% ont r\u00e9pondu \u00ab Oui, absolument \u00bb. Seuls 15% consid\u00e8rent l\u2019utilisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical comme \u201cdiscutable\u201d, et seulement 8% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont exprim\u00e9 \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9favorables au cannabis m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019Europe avance doucement mais s\u00fbrement vers la l\u00e9galisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s l\u2019Allemagne, le Luxembourg a lui aussi annonc\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de l\u00e9galiser l\u2019usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis. La Suisse a \u00e9galement fait des progr\u00e8s d\u00e9cisifs, avec d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 la tenue de projets pilotes concernant la mise en place d\u2019un march\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9 du cannabis et de l\u2019autre un texte l\u00e9gislatif qui commence \u00e0 \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par diff\u00e9rentes Commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Autriche, un consommateur de cannabis s\u2019est rendu devant la Cour constitutionnelle qui devra se prononcer sur la conformit\u00e9 juridique de l\u2019interdiction de l\u2019usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cookies, la marque de cannabis originaire de Californie, avait annonc\u00e9 en Janvier dernier qu\u2019elle souhaitait ouvrir des magasins dans toute l\u2019Europe, notamment \u00e0 Vienne en Autriche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
