De plus, la Cour de Justice de l\u2019UE vient juste d\u2019assurer que  l\u2019importation de cannabis ne peut pas \u00eatre interdit depuis un pays membre o\u00f9 le cannabis m\u00e9dical est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e9gal, comme par exemple l\u2019Allemagne et la R\u00e9publique Tch\u00e8que. Donc, il y a une contradiction. Pouvons-nous dire que c\u2019est un vide juridique?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Pour le moment, nous savons que les tabacs doivent d\u00e9clarer tous les produits qu\u2019ils vendent, et que si ces produits ont un impact sur la sant\u00e9 ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des consommateurs, ils doivent payer les imp\u00f4ts correspondants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat. Donc, la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019industrie du tabac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">L\u00e9gal ou ill\u00e9gal ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><br>Pour l\u2019instant, la vente de cannabis, quelque soit sa gradation, est interdite au sein de l\u2019UE et de ses vieilles lois. Une situation qui pourrait changer car, comme nous le savons, la semaine derni\u00e8re l\u2019UE a retir\u00e9 le cannabis de sa liste des narcotiques nocifs.<br>Malheureusement, en ce moment, le gouvernement espagnol est gouvern\u00e9 par cette vieille loi, celle-ci n\u2019\u00e9tant pas mise \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/canamo.net\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/facebook\/public\/images\/2020\/12\/02\/La-administraci%C3%B3n-de-tabacos-dice-que-el-CBD-es-ilegal-y-no-puede-venderse-en-estancos.jpg?itok=IYP_-fV1\" alt=\"C\u00e1\u00f1amo | La administraci\u00f3n de tabacos dice que el CBD es ilegal y no puede  venderse en estancos\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Entre temps, ce produit peut \u00eatre vendu avec l\u2019autorisation de l\u2019Agence Gouvernementale Espagnole pour les M\u00e9dicaments et les Produits M\u00e9dicaux (AEMPS), ainsi que les produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de la plante, comme les huiles et autres produits comportant une concentration inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0.2% de THC, niveau qui fut augment\u00e9, la semaine derni\u00e8re, \u00e0 0.3% par d\u00e9cision de l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Bref, la Commission pour le March\u00e9 du Tabac essaye d\u2019avertir les op\u00e9rations financi\u00e8res sur la commercialisation des produits \u00e0 base de cannabis, interdits par la loi, sans consid\u00e9rer ses niveaux de THC et p\u00e9nible de poursuites administratives ou criminelles par les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Cela dit, si vous pouviez choisir, et que le CBD \u00e9tait l\u00e9gal en tabac, l\u2019ach\u00e8teriez-vous encore dans votre association cannabique ou iriez-vous dans votre tabac local?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.dinafem.org\/uploads\/cbd_estancos_5.jpg\" alt=\"Por qu\u00e9 puede comprarse cannabis en los estancos de Espa\u00f1a?\" width=\"837\" height=\"1167\"\/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the beginning of the year 2020, CBD buds suddenly began to be seen in the windows of tobacco shops.
