La Commission des alcools et des jeux de l'Ontario (CAJO) a annonc\u00e9 que le gouvernement provincial avait donn\u00e9 son feu vert aux d\u00e9taillants de cannabis pour offrir des services de livraison de produits \u00e0 base de cannabis \u00e0 domicile et en magasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon un bulletin publi\u00e9 cette semaine, le gouvernement de l'Ontario a \u00e9tabli de nouvelles r\u00e8gles pour permettre aux d\u00e9taillants de cannabis d'offrir des services de livraison de mani\u00e8re permanente \u00e0 compter du 15 mars 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certains d\u00e9taillants qui offraient la livraison pendant la pand\u00e9mie de covid-19 ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'ils pr\u00e9voyaient de poursuivre le service, mais \"font face \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9fis qui vont de l'assurance des conducteurs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'Ontario poss\u00e8de l'un des secteurs du cannabis les plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s du pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'Ontario est l'une des provinces canadiennes qui facilite le plus le d\u00e9veloppement du secteur du cannabis. Selon le bulletin, toutes les entreprises de la province ne pourront pas livrer du cannabis. Seuls les propri\u00e9taires de magasins de d\u00e9tail autoris\u00e9s ou leurs employ\u00e9s pourront effectuer des livraisons \u00e0 une r\u00e9sidence ou \u00e0 un lieu priv\u00e9, y compris des lieux tels que des chambres d'h\u00f4tel. La livraison par des tiers ne sera pas autoris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Veuillez noter que les nouvelles r\u00e8gles de livraison ne permettront toujours pas aux magasins de vente au d\u00e9tail de cannabis de fonctionner enti\u00e8rement ou principalement comme des entreprises de livraison\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l'AGCO. \"Les nouvelles r\u00e8gles permettront aux d\u00e9taillants de cannabis de continuer \u00e0 offrir aux consommateurs un plus grand choix, une plus grande commodit\u00e9 et un meilleur acc\u00e8s au cannabis r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif l\u00e9gal en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les magasins physiques autoris\u00e9s pourront livrer selon des exigences strictes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les commandes doivent \u00eatre pass\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de magasins sp\u00e9cifiques pour recevoir une livraison et \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es avec des produits stock\u00e9s sur place. Les produits \u00e0 base de cannabis ne pourront \u00eatre livr\u00e9s que pendant les heures d'ouverture du magasin <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les titulaires de licence doivent s'assurer que les clients qui acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 leurs magasins sont \u00e2g\u00e9s d'au moins 19 ans et doivent afficher le sceau officiel de vente au d\u00e9tail de cannabis de l'Ontario. En outre, selon les r\u00e8gles en vigueur r\u00e9gissant les transactions click-and-collect, celles-ci doivent \u00eatre \"effectu\u00e9es dans une zone adjacente au magasin qui est capt\u00e9e par le syst\u00e8me de surveillance du magasin\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ce qui concerne les communaut\u00e9s des Premi\u00e8res Nations, la livraison \"sera autoris\u00e9e, \u00e0 moins que la communaut\u00e9 ne demande que la livraison soit restreinte\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la CAJO. Selon le magazine Mugglehead, \u00ab les conseils de bande des Premi\u00e8res Nations qui souhaitent restreindre la livraison de cannabis peuvent soumettre une r\u00e9solution du conseil de bande \u00e0 la CAJO.
