Le Maroc est le premier producteur mondial de cannabis. Jeudi dernier, le gouvernement marocain a autoris\u00e9 officiellement trois provinces \u00e0 cultiver et produire du cannabis \u00e0 \u00ab usage l\u00e9gal \u00bb, ont rapport\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En Mars 2021, le Maroc a lanc\u00e9 un processus de l\u00e9galisation du cannabis \u00e0 usage m\u00e9dical, cosm\u00e9tique et industriel, rappelle le m\u00e9dia MiddleEyesEast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ce projet de loi pr\u00e9voyait notamment \u00ab la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une agence nationale de r\u00e9gulation qui sera charg\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper un circuit agricole et industriel, et cela passera par la cr\u00e9ation de coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019agriculteurs autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 cultiver des plants certifi\u00e9s \u00bb, peut-on lire dans le m\u00eame m\u00e9dia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le projet de l\u00e9galisation \u00ab est n\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9chec de quelques projets de d\u00e9veloppement alternatif mis en place dans le Rif \u00bb. Des \u00e9tudes scientifiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place par le minist\u00e8re portant essentiellement sur la faisabilit\u00e9 du projet, son potentiel socio-\u00e9conomique et environnemental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2021, l\u2019Office des Nations unies contre la drogue et le crime (ONUDC), a \u00e9crit dans un rapport que le Maroc \u00e9tait le \u00ab pays d\u2019origine \u00bb du haschich intercept\u00e9 dans le monde, le plus cit\u00e9 durant la p\u00e9riode 2015 \u2013 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trois r\u00e9gions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 cultiver et produire du cannabis ; les provinces d\u2019Al Hoceima, Chefchaouen et Taounat. Ces trois provinces forment ce que le Maroc appelle le \u00abtriangle vert\u00bb, une zone g\u00e9ographique o\u00f9 l\u2019essentiel de la culture de Cannabis est concentr\u00e9e au Maroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab L\u2019usage th\u00e9rapeutique du cannabis est d\u00e9j\u00e0 autoris\u00e9 dans tout le Nord du Maroc depuis juin. L\u00e0 on parle de la l\u00e9galisation pure et dure de la production de cannabis pour les investisseurs \u00e9trangers \u00bb, a comment\u00e9 un internaute marocain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
