La semaine derni\u00e8re, la d\u00e9put\u00e9e Chellie Pingree a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le Hemp Advancement Act de 2022, qui vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les dispositions sur le chanvre de la Farm Bill de 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette loi portera le seuil de THC autoris\u00e9 pour le chanvre et les extraits de chanvre lors de la transformation \u00e0 1%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le projet de loi pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une protection suppl\u00e9mentaire pour la transformation et le transport du chanvre qui a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la limite de THC en raison de conditions de croissance trop favorables. L'objectif du projet de loi est de supprimer le monopole de la Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) sur les tests d'enregistrement des laboratoires de drogue et d'abroger l'interdiction faite aux personnes condamn\u00e9es pour drogue d'obtenir une licence de chanvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
