Le sous-comit\u00e9 du cannabis m\u00e9dical du Congr\u00e8s espagnol se r\u00e9unira pour la premi\u00e8re fois le 16 f\u00e9vrier afin de discuter de la r\u00e9glementation du cannabis m\u00e9dical. Le sous-comit\u00e9 devrait rendre son rapport au Congr\u00e9s d\u2019ici l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un sous-comit\u00e9 pour un objectif : r\u00e9glementer le cannabis m\u00e9dical en Espagne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En octobre dernier, le Congr\u00e8s espagnol a constitu\u00e9 le sous-comit\u00e9 dans le cadre de la Commission de la sant\u00e9 et de la Consommation pour aborder une possible r\u00e9glementation du cannabis m\u00e9dical. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le sous-comit\u00e9 se r\u00e9unira mercredi prochain, le 16 f\u00e9vrier, pour d\u00e9terminer un cadre de r\u00e9glementation du cannabis m\u00e9dical en Espagne. Suite \u00e0 la proposition du PNV de cr\u00e9er une sous-commission sp\u00e9cifique pour planifier la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical, la Chambre basse a enfin ouvert le d\u00e9bat.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme l'a rapport\u00e9 ce jeudi l'Observatoire Espagnol du Cannabis M\u00e9dicinal (OECM), le sous-comit\u00e9 constitue \"un premier pas sur la voie de la l\u00e9galisation, un processus qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en juin dernier\". Le sous-comit\u00e9 devrait pr\u00e9parer un rapport et l'envoyer au gouvernement dans les prochains mois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le d\u00e9bat devrait se terminer d\u2019ici le 30 juin, m\u00eame si l'OECM a choisi de contenir son optimisme et d'\u00eatre prudent quant \u00e0 la communication de dates pr\u00e9cises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Nous pensons qu'il est urgent que, dans cette l\u00e9gislature, nous puissions avoir un programme de r\u00e9glementation du cannabis m\u00e9dical bas\u00e9 sur des preuves d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes\", a insist\u00e9 le vice-pr\u00e9sident de l'OECM, Manuel Guzm\u00e1n, lors d'un petit-d\u00e9jeuner informatif avec les m\u00e9dias ce jeudi. Il est certain que les preuves scientifiques d\u00e9fendant les avantages de la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical ne manquent pas. L'OECM a jug\u00e9 le d\u00e9bat \"absurde \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle\" puisque plus de quarante pays dans le monde ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9glement\u00e9 le cannabis m\u00e9dicinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les estimations, 300 000 patients pourraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical en raison de pathologies s\u00e9v\u00e8res. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Nous parlons de patients souffrant de maladies graves et tr\u00e8s invalidantes qui m\u00e9ritent un traitement humain, de patients atteints de cancer, de maladies neurologiques, de douleurs, de fibromyalgie ou d'insomnie chronique\", a ajout\u00e9 Manuel Guzm\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'OECM a conseill\u00e9 au sous-comit\u00e9 de concentrer le d\u00e9bat autour des patients, entre autres, qui aura acc\u00e8s au cannabis m\u00e9dical et comment le gouvernement leur fournira les produits plut\u00f4t que de d\u00e9battre des avantages de la l\u00e9galisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'Espagne pourrait suivre la voie du Canada et de l\u2019Isra\u00ebl qui ont choisi des mod\u00e8les mixtes dans lesquels le gouvernement travaille avec des entreprises priv\u00e9es tout en assurant une couverture sociale aux patients. Ce mod\u00e8le permettrait aux patients d'acc\u00e9der gratuitement au cannabis m\u00e9dical et garantirait ainsi que le cannabis reste accessible \u00e0 tous. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
