Suite \u00e0 une initiative de consultation nationale, le Premier ministre albanais Edi Rama a consult\u00e9 les citoyens albanais concernant la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gouvernement se met en marche vers la l\u00e9galisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le d\u00e9bat sur le cannabis m\u00e9dical est d\u00e9sormais ouvert dans l\u2019ensemble du pays. Edi Rama a affirm\u00e9 que l'opinion des citoyens albanais \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour que le gouvernement prenne une d\u00e9cision finale sur la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le questionnaire indique \u00e9galement que \u00ab le cannabis m\u00e9dical, qui est diff\u00e9rent du cannabis \u00e0 usage personnel, a des effets curatifs largement prouv\u00e9s par la science. Or, comme le montre l'exp\u00e9rience de diff\u00e9rents pays, l'usage contr\u00f4l\u00e9 du cannabis par l'\u00c9tat a un impact tr\u00e8s positif non seulement sur la sant\u00e9 mais aussi sur la croissance \u00e9conomique et la lutte contre l'utilisation ill\u00e9gale de cette plante.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'Albanie est l'un des principaux producteurs de cannabis en Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd'hui, l'Albanie est l'un des plus grands producteurs de cannabis en Europe. La consommation de cannabis ne figure pas dans la liste des infractions et la possession de petites quantit\u00e9s de cannabis n'est pas punie par la loi. Cependant, la r\u00e9glementation est plus stricte en ce qui concerne la vente ou la distribution du cannabis. Toute forme de vente est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une activit\u00e9 ill\u00e9gale si la quantit\u00e9 est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une \"dose unique\" avec une peine potentielle de cinq \u00e0 dix ans de prison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De plus, il est ill\u00e9gal de cultiver du cannabis m\u00eame si le cannabis est largement cultiv\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le pays. L'\u00e8re post-communiste dans le pays a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par une pauvret\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e et de nombreuses communaut\u00e9s rurales ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9pendre des revenus g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par la culture ill\u00e9gale du cannabis. \u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, la mafia contr\u00f4le une grande partie de la production de cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
