Le premier incubateur technologique de cannabis m\u00e9dical en Isra\u00ebl se trouve \u00e0 Yeruham, une petite ville perdue dans les dunes du d\u00e9sert du N\u00e9guev. L'incubateur appartient \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise Canneguev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire du cannabis m\u00e9dical le c\u0153ur de notre activit\u00e9 ici \u00e0 Yeruham, l'une des villes les plus p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques d'Isra\u00ebl, une ville oubli\u00e9e\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ziv Bet Or, le fondateur de Canneguev,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Mon r\u00eave est de faire de Yeruham la capitale du cannabis m\u00e9dical en Isra\u00ebl. Ce n'est pas tous les jours qu'un nouveau march\u00e9 \u00e9merge en Isra\u00ebl ; je me suis dit qu'il fallait tout faire pour \u00eatre \u00e0 la pointe. Mon objectif est de cr\u00e9er des emplois de qualit\u00e9 et d'offrir des revenus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour attirer de nouveaux travailleurs\" a expliqu\u00e9 la maire Tal Ohana, qui a initi\u00e9 le projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'industrie du cannabis pourrait stimuler l'emploi dans la r\u00e9gion. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9lue en 2018 \u00e0 la t\u00eate de cette commune, Tal Ohana mise sur l'industrie technologique pour transformer l'image de Yeruham, dont le taux de ch\u00f4mage (7,8 %) est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00eame si la consommation r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative de cannabis est relativement tol\u00e9r\u00e9e en Isra\u00ebl, elle reste ill\u00e9gale. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l'\u00c9tat a encourag\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation th\u00e9rapeutique du cannabis pour traiter plusieurs maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives graves et le SSPT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En octobre dernier, le parlement a approuv\u00e9 une lecture pr\u00e9liminaire d'un projet de loi visant \u00e0 rendre l'industrie du cannabis plus flexible et accessible. Le gouvernement souhaite favoriser le march\u00e9 afin d'attirer de plus en plus d'entrepreneurs en Isra\u00ebl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab L'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me du cannabis m\u00e9dical a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de 60 millions de dollars (environ 53 millions d'euros) d'investissements ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ; il compte 220 chercheurs et une centaine de startups, dont un quart ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es en 2019. L'importation massive, notamment du Canada, un pays qui a l\u00e9galis\u00e9 le cannabis r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif, a permis au secteur de se d\u00e9velopper \u00bb, souligne Dana Gourevich, directrice de la technologie \u00e0 l'Israel Innovation Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les donn\u00e9es du minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, l\u2019Isra\u00ebl a import\u00e9 22 tonnes de cannabis m\u00e9dical en 2021, ce qui en fait du pays le plus grand importateur au monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gouvernement souhaite soutenir l'usage th\u00e9rapeutique du cannabis. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il y a quelques semaines, le minist\u00e8re isra\u00e9lien de la Sant\u00e9 indiquait qu'il \u00e9tudiait la possibilit\u00e9 de retirer le cannabidiol (CBD) de la liste des drogues dangereuses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Environ 110 000 patients ont des licences (pour le cannabis m\u00e9dical) aujourd'hui en Isra\u00ebl, mais lorsque le CBD sera accessible \u00e0 tous, des millions de personnes pourront l'utiliser dans les cosm\u00e9tiques et les produits de tous les jours\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dvir Taler, agronome en chef de BOL Pharma, un entreprise qui cultive chaque ann\u00e9e 400 000 plants de cannabis exclusivement \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BOL Pharma, entreprise la plus importante de l\u2019industrie du cannabis m\u00e9dical en Isra\u00ebl, est partenaire de l'incubateur de Yeruham. Canneguev d\u00e9veloppe actuellement un robot capable de r\u00e9colter des fleurs de mani\u00e8re autonome. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mairie de Yeruham a \u00e9galement allou\u00e9 50 hectares \u00e0 la culture du cannabis m\u00e9dical. Le climat ensoleill\u00e9 d'Isra\u00ebl est en effet un cadre id\u00e9al pour cultiver le cannabis.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
