Quatre semaines apr\u00e8s que le gouverneur de New York ait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019administration cr\u00e9rait un fonds public-priv\u00e9 de 200 millions de dollars pour aider \u00e0 promouvoir l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 sociale sur le march\u00e9 du cannabis de l'\u00c9tat, l'Office of Cannabis Management a annonc\u00e9 un ajustement important du programme de cannabis m\u00e9dical en place dans l\u2019\u00c9tat de New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'\u00c9tat \u00e9tend l'\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 du cannabis m\u00e9dical \u00e0 toutes les pathologies de sant\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 partir de maintenant, les m\u00e9decins sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 prescrire du cannabis m\u00e9dical pour tout type de pathologie pouvant \u00eatre trait\u00e9es par le cannabis. Les m\u00e9decins ne sont plus dans l\u2019obligation de suivre la liste des maladies auparavant \u00e9l\u00e9gibles au cannabis m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet ajustement s\u2019est mis en place en accord avec la loi de l\u2019\u00c9tat sur la r\u00e9glementation et la taxation de la marijuana, autrement appel\u00e9e Marihuana Regulation & Taxation Act, MRTA. En vigueur depuis l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, la loi sign\u00e9e par l'ancien gouverneur Andrew Cuomo permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 aux adultes de plus de 21 ans de poss\u00e9der et de consommer publiquement du cannabis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab C\u2019est formidable de voir le programme de cannabis m\u00e9dical s\u2019\u00e9tendre de fa\u00e7on aussi importante avec le lancement du nouveau programme de certification et d\u2019enregistrement et la possibilit\u00e9 pour les praticiens de d\u00e9terminer les conditions d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9, comme le pr\u00e9voit la MRTA \u00ab , a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Tremaine Wright, pr\u00e9sident du Cannabis Control Board (CCB) dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Nous continuerons \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre la MRTA et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que tous les New-Yorkais qui peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du cannabis m\u00e9dical aient l\u2019acc\u00e8s dont ils ont besoin. \u00bb a conclu le pr\u00e9sident du CCB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
