La Food and Drug Administration (FDA) de Tha\u00eflande a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un projet de loi visant \u00e0 l\u00e9galiser la culture et la consommation du cannabis. Le pays pourrait aussi l\u00e9galiser son usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif dans plusieurs r\u00e9gions du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La culture personnelle et la consommation de cannabis pourraient bient\u00f4t \u00eatre autoris\u00e9es en Tha\u00eflande.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lundi, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la FDA, Paisarn Dunkum, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que son administration avait r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un projet de loi align\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9solution du minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 publique visant \u00e0 retirer le cannabis de la liste des stup\u00e9fiants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet de loi de la FDA permettrait aux gens de cultiver du cannabis pour leur propre consommation, \u00e0 condition qu'ils signalent cette culture \u00e0 aux organisations administratives provinciales. La consommation domestique serait r\u00e9serv\u00e9e quant \u00e0 elle \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When asked how authorities would know if a household was growing cannabis for recreational purposes, the FDA chief said it would be difficult for authorities to inspect individual cases. However, he warned that anyone who grows unregistered cannabis faces a fine of up to 20,000 baht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre de la Sant\u00e9, Anutin Charnvirakul, a confirm\u00e9 que l'ONCB avait approuv\u00e9 le retrait du cannabis de la liste des drogues contr\u00f4l\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
