En 2015, Malte a d\u00e9criminalis\u00e9 la possession de petites quantit\u00e9s de cannabis (jusqu'\u00e0 3,5 grammes), puis a autoris\u00e9, en 2018, l'usage de produits \u00e0 base de cannabis m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois promulgu\u00e9e, la loi permettra la cr\u00e9ation de clubs ou d'associations \u00e0 but non lucratif qui seront autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 fournir des fleurs et des graines de cannabis \u00e0 leurs membres. Ces clubs auront une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 500 membres et devront \u00eatre situ\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 250 m\u00e8tres des \u00e9coles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La consommation de cannabis en public restera interdite, sous peine d'une amende de 235 euros.
