L'entreprise d'\u00c9tat fonde cette affirmation sur l'hypoth\u00e8se que les Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois ont consomm\u00e9 environ 175 tonnes de cannabis alors qu'environ 91,5 tonnes de cannabis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues en 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
