Le maire de Londres, Sadiq Kahn, envisage de d\u00e9p\u00e9naliser les drogues \u00e0 Londres par le biais d'un plan antidrogue. Kahn souhaite mettre fin \u00e0 la p\u00e9nalisation des jeunes pour consommation de cannabis, de speed et de k\u00e9tamine.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le nouveau programme concernera les moins de 25 ans \u00e0 Lewisham, Bexley et Greenwich.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon le tablo\u00efd britannique The Telegraph, le nouveau plan de d\u00e9p\u00e9nalisation des drogues permettra aux personnes de moins de 25 ans pris en possession de drogues de classe B de faire partie d\u2019un groupe th\u00e9rapeutique au lieu d'\u00eatre condamn\u00e9es \u00e0 une amende ou \u00e0 encore \u00e0 la prison.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les autorit\u00e9s de Londres annonceront bient\u00f4t le plan, qui stipule que la police ne pourra plus arr\u00eater les consommateurs de mois de 25 ans pour possession de cannabis, de k\u00e9tamine et de speed.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce projet intervient un mois apr\u00e8s l'annonce du plan antidrogue du gouvernement, durant laquelle le Premier ministre britannique Boris Johnson a annonc\u00e9 vouloir s\u2019attaquer au fl\u00e9au provoqu\u00e9 par la consommation de drogues ill\u00e9gales.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La strat\u00e9gie du gouvernement vise les professionnels fortun\u00e9s et les consommateurs de drogues de classe A qui s'exposeront \u00e0 des sanctions telles que la perte de leur permis de conduire ou m\u00eame de leur passeport.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Le gouvernement doit s'occuper de ces 300 000 toxicomanes. Nous devons nous assurer qu'ils sont en cure de d\u00e9sintoxication, et donc nous devons \u00eatre tr\u00e8s strictes avec les gangs organis\u00e9s. Mais il faut aussi penser \u00e0 ce qui se passe avec la demande de drogue dans le Royaume-Uni. Soutenue par des investissements record, la strat\u00e9gie que nous souhaitons cr\u00e9er s'attaquera \u00e0 l'approvisionnement et stoppera le cercle vicieux des comt\u00e9s qui voient les criminels profiter de la mis\u00e8re des gens. Le discours de M. Johnson est intervenu apr\u00e8s que le Sunday Times a rapport\u00e9 que plusieurs sanitaires du Parlement montraient des signes de consommation de coca\u00efne.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khan annoncera son plan ce mois-ci, mais cette d\u00e9cision semble mettre le maire en d\u00e9saccord avec Boris Johnson, car le Premier ministre a affirm\u00e9 que le gouvernement avait \u00ab intensifi\u00e9 \u00bb sa campagne contre la drogue.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les recherches sugg\u00e8rent que la police devrait plut\u00f4t traquer les crimes graves et violents plut\u00f4t que de p\u00e9naliser les personnes qui consomment occasionnellement du cannabis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
