Le Parti de l\u2019opposition Syriza a demand\u00e9 le vote par appel nominal, qui a recueilli 158 voix en faveur et 33 contre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Parti communiste grec, Greek Solution (Elliniki Lisi) et MeRA 25, le parti de Yanis Varoufakis, ont tous les trois rejet\u00e9 le projet de loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de loi est intitul\u00e9 \"Production, extraction et distribution de produits finis de cannabis pharmaceutique de l'esp\u00e8ce Cannabis Sativa L, contenant plus de 0,2% de t\u00e9trahydrocannabinol (THC)\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vice-ministre du D\u00e9veloppement et de l'Investissement, Nikos Papasthanasis, a soulign\u00e9 que ce projet de loi contribuera \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l'obtention de licences pour la production de marijuana \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales en Gr\u00e8ce. Le projet de loi pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation de deux licences distinctes pour la culture du cannabis : le permis d'installation et le permis d'exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le porte-parole de la New Democracy, Christos Kellas a soulign\u00e9 qu'il s'agissait \u201cd'un cadre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9veloppement de l'industrie du cannabis dans notre pays, et dont nous esp\u00e9rons des avantages pour notre \u00e9conomie ; gr\u00e2ce aux investissements et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux emplois.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-larger-font-size\"><strong>De Nouvelles Opportunit\u00e9s de Traitements pour les Patients.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Kellas, le projet de loi offrira \u201cde nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour les m\u00e9tiers de l'agriculture et de la manufacture, mais surtout, pour ceux qui utilisent des produits finis contenant du cannabis m\u00e9dical. La marijuana m\u00e9dicale peut mettre en \u00e9vidence leurs maladies et les aider \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9pondre aux traitements si cela est jug\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire par les m\u00e9decins traitants.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le porte-parole du principal parti d'opposition, Alexis Haritsis, a annonc\u00e9 que SYRIZA tenterait de modifier l'article 14 afin que la demande de licence de production s'applique \u00e9galement aux ventes int\u00e9rieures et inclue l'extrait de cannabis. Le but est d'emp\u00eacher la Gr\u00e8ce de ne produire que des fleurs s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.
