Stefan de Keersmaecker,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">    a affirm\u00e9 que, selon ses reports pr\u00e9liminaires sur le cannabidiol (CBD), celui-ci n\u2019est plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une drogue: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u00ab\u00a0 la Cour de Justice et nous-m\u00eames avons consid\u00e9r\u00e9 les opinions des diff\u00e9rents appliquants. La CE en a conclu que le cannabidiol ne doit plus \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une \u2018drogue\u2019 dans le sens de la convention de l\u2019ONU.
