En fuite depuis plus de 10 ans, l'homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 dans une r\u00e9sidence h\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Duba\u00ef le 21 mars.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9lev\u00e9 dans l'Essonne o\u00f9 il a commenc\u00e9 le trafic en tant que petit dealer de quartier, Moufide Bouchibi est rapidement devenu le principal fournisseur de haschich du march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais. Le chef du cartel est apparent\u00e9 \u00e0 Sofiane Hambli, num\u00e9ro un du trafic de drogue en France pendant un long moment.
