Le pays est en effet un des plus grands producteurs et fournisseurs de cannabis. La semaine derni\u00e8re, la Chambre des d\u00e9put\u00e9s a vot\u00e9 en faveur du projet de loi. Il est fort probable que le S\u00e9nat approuve le projet de loi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pays est toutefois toujours divis\u00e9 en deux, entre les d\u00e9put\u00e9s conservateurs pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par l\u2019augmentation de la consommation de drogues et les partisans de la d\u00e9criminalisation qui voient enfin une solution pour instaurer la paix dans le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De toute \u00e9vidence, la politique d\u2019interdiction a \u00e9chou\u00e9 puisque le commerce des cartels est florissant. Toutefois, la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif va-elle r\u00e9ellement avoir un effet sur le taux de criminalit\u00e9 du pays? En effet, la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis ne change pas le fait que les substances telles que la coca\u00efne, l'h\u00e9ro\u00efne et les m\u00e9thamph\u00e9tamines soient tr\u00e8s lucratives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les cartels mexicains vont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien au-del\u00e0 du trafic de drogue. Parmi ces activit\u00e9s, on trouve le trafic d'\u00eatres humains, la contrebande d\u2019armes, le vol, la falsification de documents ainsi que le commerce li\u00e9s aux entreprises juridiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est peu probable que la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis est un effet sur les crimes organis\u00e9s. La politologue Zara Snapp, militante de l'ONG Instituto RIA, consid\u00e8re que la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis permettra \u00e0 l\u2019Etat d\u2019utiliser les revenus provenant de l\u2019industrie du cannabis dans la poursuite judiciaire des petits d\u00e9lits li\u00e9s \u00e0 la drogue et dans les enqu\u00eates concernant la corruption et les enl\u00e8vements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les collectifs et agriculteurs du cannabis qui, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, cultivaient ill\u00e9galement, auront de meilleures opportunit\u00e9s de revenus. En outre, ils ne seront plus d\u00e9pendants des barons de la drogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e9galiser le cannabis est le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e8re politique au Mexique.
