Le Delta-8 THC est un compos\u00e9 cousin du Delta-9 THC, l'ingr\u00e9dient principal du cannabis. La substance a le pouvoir de vous faire planer, l\u00e9galement. Le Delta-8 THC est l\u00e9gal gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une faille l\u00e9gale initi\u00e9e par la \u201cFarm Bill\u201d de 2018 qui a l\u00e9galis\u00e9 les cannabino\u00efdes d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du chanvre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Farm Bill 2018 l\u00e9galise explicitement tous les cannabino\u00efdes d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du chanvre, extraits et d\u00e9riv\u00e9s sans aucune r\u00e9serve. Au premier abord, il semblerait que le Delta-8 THC soit 100% l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trois zones floues sont toutefois apparues avec cette loi. La premi\u00e8re est que les membres du Congr\u00e8s ont adopt\u00e9 le projet de loi en consid\u00e9rant que les produits \u00e0 base de chanvre n'\u00e9taient pas psychoactifs, en d'autres termes, qu'ils n'avaient pas le potentiel de vous faire planer. Le deuxi\u00e8me probl\u00e8me est que Delta-8 est inclus dans la liste des substances contr\u00f4l\u00e9es de la DEA avec le Delta-9. Enfin, le compos\u00e9 n'appara\u00eet pas dans le chanvre en volume suffisant pour \u00eatre extrait ni utilis\u00e9. En effet, les produits Delta-8 sont fabriqu\u00e9s synth\u00e9tiquement \u00e0 partir de CBD pour \u00eatre ensuite soumis \u00e0 un processus d'isolement et de distillation. La question se pose.
