Le ministre de la Sant\u00e9 a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019ils lanceront le financement et l'impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019un projet permettant la prescription des drogues \u00e0 base de cannabis pour les patients souffrants de certaines conditions m\u00e9dicales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019\u00eele d\u2019\u00e9meraude est encore une fois sur notre rubrique d\u2019actualit\u00e9. Le pays planifie de l\u00e9galiser le cannabis m\u00e9dical en passant de nouvelles mesures qui seront ajout\u00e9es au projet de r\u00e9gulation d\u00e9j\u00e0 approuv\u00e9 en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En avril de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, le ministre de la Sant\u00e9 Stephen Donnelly a annonc\u00e9 la mise en place d'un service de livraison<\/a> pour \u00e9viter que les citoyens irlandais doivent voyager aux Pays-Bas pour prendre leurs prescriptions. Et ils ne se sont pas arr\u00eat\u00e9s ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'acc\u00e8s au programme m\u00e9dical<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Le gouvernement irlandais a annonc\u00e9 fin janvier le financement d'un montant suppl\u00e9mentaire de quatre milliards d'euros pour le budget du Plan des services de la sant\u00e9 et de son programme sur le cannabis m\u00e9dical, ce qui permettra aux docteurs de prescrire des traitements \u00e0 base de cannabino\u00efdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de presse<\/a>les conditions qui pourraient \u00eatre trait\u00e9es avec ces substances sont : la scl\u00e9rose en plaque, les vomissements intraitables et naus\u00e9es associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la chimioth\u00e9rapie et les cas s\u00e9v\u00e8res d' \u00e9pilepsie r\u00e9fractaire<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'objectif principal du programme est d\u2019autoriser l'acc\u00e8s aux traitements contre des maladies ou des conditions dont la m\u00e9decine conventionnelle n'arrive pas \u00e0 traiter sans avoir encore trouv\u00e9 une cure possible. Cette pr\u00e9rogative a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la base de la conception du programme par les experts de la HPRA (Autorit\u00e9 r\u00e9gulatrice des produits de la sant\u00e9), comme on le trouve dans son rapport L\u2019usage m\u00e9dical du cannabis : une r\u00e9vision scientifique.<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De nouvelles perspectives pour le march\u00e9 irlandais<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 la premi\u00e8re phase du programme, les fournisseurs potentiels doivent demander l\u2019\u00e9valuation de leurs produits pour l\u2019usage m\u00e9dical et, jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, quatre dossiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
