Apr\u00e8s que plusieurs pays des Balkans et de l\u2019Europe de l\u2019Est eurent approuv\u00e9 l\u2019usage m\u00e9dical du cannabis, et apr\u00e8s que l\u2019ONU eut reclassifi\u00e9 le cannabis comme un \u201copiac\u00e9 moins dangereux\u201d, le Premier Ministre de la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, M. Zoran Zaev<\/a>, annon\u00e7a l\u2019intention de son pays de transformer ses deux villes les plus importantes, Skopje et Ohrid, en la nouvelle \u201cAmsterdam des Balkans\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le prochaine pas pour le Premier Ministre sera de l\u00e9galiser le cannabis r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif, et sa commercialisation dans des coffee shops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pas tout le monde dans le pays veut une nouvelle Amsterdam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Mac\u00e9doine a d\u00e9j\u00e0 57 usines de production du cannabis, et le Premier Ministre a affirm\u00e9 poss\u00e9der des participations (tr\u00e8s profitables) dans une compagnie productrice du cannabis. \nCet argument fut exprim\u00e9 par l\u2019opposition politique du pays, en combat le projet de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif, notamment par l'extr\u00eame droite, regroup\u00e9e dans le parti IMRO, dont le leader est M. Vlatko Gjorcev. Ainsi, ils d\u00e9fendent l'id\u00e9e selon laquelle l\u2019usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis aurait des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur la \u201csant\u00e9 physique et mentale de la nation\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le plan fut annonc\u00e9 avec deux objectifs principaux : En premier terme, pour ouvrir un tout nouveaux march\u00e9 de niche dans le pays, en vue d\u2019augmenter le profit en combattant le march\u00e9 noir. En second terme, pour stimuler et promouvoir le tourisme dans le pays, en consid\u00e9rant que plusieurs \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9viennet que le tourisme orient\u00e9 \u00e0 la consommation de drogues augmentera dans les prochains ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon le Premier Ministre, l\u2019objectif est de prendre la place d\u2019Amsterdam, en remplissant l\u2019espace vide que se cr\u00e9erait dans cet type de tourisme lors de l'impl\u00e9mentation par le Conseil de la Ville d\u2019Amsterdam de l\u2019interdiction des touristes<\/a> dans les coffee shops du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, comme nous l'avons publi\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re, Mme. Femke Halsema, Maire de la ville d\u2019Amsterdam et leader de la r\u00e9forme propos\u00e9e, essaye d'attirer un tourisme ayant plus pouvoir d\u2019achat et d'arr\u00eater le tourisme des jeunes cherchant des drogues. D\u00e9sormais, ce sera la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord qui prendrait sa place, avec M. Zoran Zaev \u00e0 l\u2019avant-garde de l\u2019expansion des fronti\u00e8res d'un pays qui cherche \u00e0 les effacer \u00e0 l\u2019aide du calumet de la paix<\/p>\n\n\n\n
