Le Parlement Europ\u00e9en a approuv\u00e9 une nouvelle limite de THC pour le cannabis l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 23 octobre 2020, on r\u00e9alisa un vote sur l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019une nouvelle limite de 0.3% de THC dans la marijuana, et la d\u00e9cision fut favorable. Une bonne nouvelle pour l\u2019industrie du chanvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019Association Europ\u00e9enne de Chanvre Industriel a lutt\u00e9 longtemps en d\u00e9fense de cette proposition, qui fut inclus dans la reforme des Politiques Agricole Commune (CAP) de l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les cons\u00e9quences les plus importantes de cette nouvelle mesure, on trouve les suivants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme plusieurs \u00e9tudes l\u2019ont fait remarquer, il n\u2019y a pas plus de risques dans la consommation de chanvre d\u2019une plante qui contient 0.3% de THC par rapport \u00e0 la limite qui pr\u00e9existait, de 0.2%. Donc, il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019effet notable sur le d\u00e9veloppement des produits illicites li\u00e9s \u00e0 la production de cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De m\u00eame, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que le niveau de 0.2% de THC \u00e9tait une barri\u00e8re l\u00e9gale et un obstacle pour les producteurs de CBD, et si l\u2019on consid\u00e8re que la quantit\u00e9 de CBD est proportionnelle \u00e0 celle du THC, par cons\u00e9quent le d\u00e9veloppement des produits riche en CBD \u00e9tait limit\u00e9es en accord avec les scientifiques et les chercheurs europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du niveau de 0.3% implique une am\u00e9lioration sur la quantit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de production de la plante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
