Un autre pays dans le BOOM du march\u00e9 du CBD! Cette fois parlons de la France, puisque, selon les d\u00e9fenseurs du march\u00e9 des compos\u00e9s cannabiques sans THC, celui-ci pourrait atteindre pr\u00e8s d\u2019un milliard d\u2019euros, apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision de la Cour de Justice de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne sur la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 du CBD, n\u2019\u00e9tant plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un narcotique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En novembre dernier, la Cour de Justice de l\u2019UE a annonc\u00e9 que la France ne pourrait plus interdire la vente de CBD, puisque celle-ci est produite l\u00e9galement dans un autre pays membre de l\u2019union. Apr\u00e8s la nouvelle annonce, les magasins vendant du CBD se sont multipli\u00e9s. Dans le march\u00e9 du CBD, on peut maintenant voir la vente de th\u00e9s, d\u2019huiles de cuisine, de miel, d\u2019huiles pour les massages, de cosm\u00e9tiques, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CBD, LA NOUVELLE MODE HIPSTER<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Ce ne sont pas seulement les grands magasins qui vendent ces produits, les petits entrepreneurs se sont aussi accroch\u00e9s au march\u00e9. Selon le journal Le Monde, Kevin Uzan, un agent immobilier \u00e0 Paris et cofondateur de l\u2019agence commerciale \u201cCommerce Immo\u201d, re\u00e7oit entre 10-15 appels par jour (sur un total de 100) li\u00e9s \u00e0 des gens cherchant des magasins pour vendre du CBD \u00e0 Paris. \u201cIls cherchent dans des quartiers boh\u00e8mes, comme R\u00e9publique, le Marais, Saint-Germain et Saint-Michel\u201d. Selon lui, il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 300 magasins, un chiffre augmentant jour apr\u00e8s jour; dont 50 appartiennent \u00e0 la franchise Deli Hemp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apparemment, les produits \u00e0 base de CBD se trouveraient dans les quartiers boh\u00e8mes, ou en d\u2019autres termes, les quartiers hipsters de la ville. La France ne serait plus connue seulement pour sa gastronomie et son go\u00fbt pour la Mode, puisque d\u00e9sormais, on peut marcher dans ses quartiers bobos, acheter des produits \u00e0 base de cannabis, s'asseoir \u00e0 une terrasse typique parisienne, et profiter d\u2019un bon verre du vin en regardant la Tour Eiffel. \u00c7a a l'air d'\u00eatre une bonne id\u00e9e, tu ne penses pas? Et peut-\u00eatre que, si la France, avec le glamour qu\u2019elle repr\u00e9sente, accepte la vente de produits de cannabis destin\u00e9s \u00e0 une client\u00e8le affin\u00e9e, avec le temps, le cannabis ne sera plus mal jug\u00e9 dans le reste de l\u2019Europe, et ult\u00e9rieurement dans le monde entier. Donc, la plante sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e pour ce qu\u2019elle est r\u00e9ellement: une plante curative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LA LOI SUR LE CBD EN FRANCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Un des propri\u00e9taires de la marque \u201cVall\u00e9e Vert\u201d affirme dans Le Monde qu\u2019il poss\u00e8de deux magasins \u00e0 Paris. L\u2019un est dans le 15e arrondissement, et l\u2019autre dans le 17e. \u201cOn vend toutes sortes de produits \u00e0 base de CBD\u201d. Les produits ont moins de 0,2% de THC, et donc ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des drogues, selon la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne. \u201cNous ne poss\u00e9dons pas de THC, mais nous offrons le bon c\u00f4t\u00e9 du cannabidiol. N\u00e9anmoins, on ne recommande pas son utilisation chez les enfants\u201d, affirme-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Comme r\u00e9sultat de ce grand changement, les magasins n\u2019ouvrent pas seulement \u00e0 Paris, mais aussi dans d'autres grandes villes, notamment \u00e0 Bordeaux, Marseille et Lyon.
