En una entrevista con el reportero griego, el ministro de Desarrollo e Inversi\u00f3n, Adonis Georgiadis, confirm\u00f3 que Grecia producir\u00e1 y vender\u00e1 cannabis medicinal en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El pa\u00eds legaliz\u00f3 el cannabis medicinal en 2017 y revoc\u00f3 la prohibici\u00f3n de su cultivo y producci\u00f3n en marzo de 2018. Desde entonces, el proceso de legalizaci\u00f3n ha sido lento para implementar, especialmente en la elaboraci\u00f3n de un programa integral de cannabis medicinal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEl objetivo es que Grecia se convierta en el pa\u00eds europeo l\u00edder en la producci\u00f3n de cannabis medicinal. El entorno de Grecia es favorable para esta planta en particular y creemos que tendremos una ventaja natural\u201d, dijo Georgiadis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grecia espera inversiones grandes en la producci\u00f3n de cannabis medicinal. El gobierno cree que esas inversiones sumar\u00e1n 1.5 mil millones de euros al a\u00f1o a los ingresos estatales tanto para la importaci\u00f3n como para la exportaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ya se ha completado una inversi\u00f3n por parte de \u03a4ikun \u0395urope, cerca de la ciudad de Corinto. Pronto se completar\u00e1n dos otras inversiones del Reino Unido y Canad\u00e1 para la producci\u00f3n de cannabis medicinal en la regi\u00f3n de Macedonia y cerca de la ciudad de Patra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tikun Europe se fund\u00f3 en Grecia en 2018 y es una subsidiaria del actor global israel\u00ed Tikun Olam en la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de productos de cannabis medicinal. Es la primera empresa que obtuvo una licencia para el cultivo, procesamiento y producci\u00f3n de cannabis medicinal en Grecia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
