En 2021, las exportaciones de cannabis aumentaron un 566% en Portugal, seg\u00fan datos del Jornal de Not\u00edcias<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLa cantidad de flor seca con un contenido de humedad igual o inferior al 10 % exportada en 2021 alcanz\u00f3 las 30 toneladas\u201d, informa Cannareporter. Las exportaciones de cannabis entre 2020 y 2021 se han disparado ya que esta cifra fue de 4,5 toneladas en 2020. Para 2021, ha habido un aumento del 566%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se espera que las exportaciones de cannabis contin\u00faen aumentando en 2022, ya que las exportaciones entre enero y febrero ya alcanzaron las 10 toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Actualmente, 18 empresas est\u00e1n autorizadas para cultivar cannabis en Portugal. Casi todo el cannabis producido por esas empresas se exporta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portugal legaliz\u00f3 el cannabis medicinal en 2018. Desde entonces, solo Tilray ha obtenido la autorizaci\u00f3n para vender flores con un 18% de THC para el mercado portugu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seg\u00fan Infarmed \u201cactualmente hay 2 (dos) solicitudes de autorizaci\u00f3n comercializaci\u00f3n (ACM) de sustancias a base de de cannabis en tr\u00e1mite, una de flor seca para inhalaci\u00f3n y otra de soluci\u00f3n oral\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cannareporter afirm\u00f3 que las respuestas est\u00e1n pendientes para ambas solicitudes de las entidades autorizadas sin especificar si son para CBD, THC o ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En febrero, Infarmed hab\u00eda confirmado a Cannareporter que ya hab\u00eda recibido 97 solicitudes de licencias para las actividades de cultivo, fabricaci\u00f3n, importaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n de cannabis con fines medicinales. La Autoridad Nacional del Medicamento ya habia autorizado 18 empresas y ahora est\u00e1 a la espera de la solicitud de inspecci\u00f3n de las instalaciones de 80 otras empresas.
