Algunos representantes daneses de cinco partidos pol\u00edticos han propuesto un plan para un proyecto piloto de legalizaci\u00f3n del cannabis. El proyecto fue presentado al Parlamento dan\u00e9s a principios de marzo. El gobierno dan\u00e9s es ahora encargado de iniciar el trabajo de legalizaci\u00f3n, cuyo objetivo principal es el establecimiento de un proyecto de ley que legalice el cannabis durante cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se espera que el proyecto de ley permita la venta de cannabis en puntos de venta controlados por el estado. Diferentes municipios del pa\u00eds podr\u00e1n sumarse al programa y los ciudadanos daneses podr\u00e1n comprar, poseer, cultivar y consumir cannabis para su uso personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Si el proyecto de ley tiene \u00e9xito, la producci\u00f3n de cannabis se legalizar\u00e1 en Dinamarca. Los precios deben establecerse para \"cumplir con las expectativas\" de los consumidores de cannabis y, al mismo tiempo, ser competitivos para combatir el mercado ilegal de cannabis. Seg\u00fan unos datos de 2020, 41% de las personas menores de 25 a\u00f1os han consumido cannabis en Dinamarca. El consumo medio entre las personas entre 16 y 44 a\u00f1os se ha duplicado desde 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPor lo tanto, la legislaci\u00f3n existente criminaliza a m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s ciudadanos, y hasta la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n la ha violado activamente\u201d, contin\u00faa el informe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
