En 2018, el gobierno, representado por Fran\u00e7ois Legault, prohibi\u00f3 esta pr\u00e1ctica a trav\u00e9s de una ley que regula el cannabis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El ciudadano Janick Murray-Hall tambi\u00e9n impugn\u00f3 la ley de Quebec ante el Tribunal Superior de Quebec en 2019. El Tribunal estuvo de acuerdo con Murray-Hay al determinar que Quebec estaba abusando de su autoridad al negar la soberan\u00eda de Ottawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
