Marruecos es el mayor productor mundial de cannabis. El pasado jueves, el gobierno marroqu\u00ed autoriz\u00f3 oficialmente a tres provincias a cultivar y producir cannabis para \"uso legal\", informaron medios locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En marzo de 2021, Marruecos puso en marcha un proceso de legalizaci\u00f3n del cannabis para uso m\u00e9dico, cosm\u00e9tico e industrial, recuerda el medio MiddleEyesEast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este proyecto de ley preve\u00eda en particular \u201cla creaci\u00f3n de un ente regulador nacional que se encargar\u00e1 de desarrollar un circuito agr\u00edcola e industrial, y esto pasar\u00e1 por la creaci\u00f3n de cooperativas de agricultores autorizadas a cultivar plantas certificadas\u201d, se puede leer en el mismo medio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
El proyecto de legalizaci\u00f3n \u201cnaci\u00f3 del fracaso de algunos proyectos de desarrollo alternativo implementados en el Rif\u201d. El ministerio ha puesto en marcha estudios cient\u00edficos centrados principalmente en la viabilidad del proyecto y su potencial socioecon\u00f3mico y medioambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2021, la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas contra la Droga y el Delito (UNODC), escribi\u00f3 en un informe que Marruecos era el \u201cpa\u00eds de origen\u201d del hach\u00eds interceptado el m\u00e1s citado en el mundo, durante el per\u00edodo 2015 \u2013 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tres regiones han sido autorizadas para cultivar y producir cannabis; las provincias de Al Hoceima, Chefchaouen y Taounat. Estas tres provincias forman lo que Marruecos llama el \u201ctri\u00e1ngulo verde\u201d, un \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica donde se concentra la mayor parte del cultivo de Cannabis en Marruecos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEl uso terap\u00e9utico del cannabis ya est\u00e1 autorizado en todo el norte de Marruecos desde junio. Estamos hablando de la legalizaci\u00f3n total de la producci\u00f3n de cannabis para inversores extranjeros\u201d, coment\u00f3 un internauta marroqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
