En Francia, el debate sobre la legalizaci\u00f3n del cannabis no acaba. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despu\u00e9s de que el Consejo de Estado suspendiera el lunes (24 de enero) el decreto del gobierno que prohib\u00eda la venta de flores y hojas de CBD, el gobierno dio un paso hacia la legalizaci\u00f3n al publicar un decreto en el Diario Oficial, que permite a los agricultores franceses de cultivar cannabis medicinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Francia, el cultivo de c\u00e1\u00f1amo ya es autorizado. Esta planta, que proviene de las Cannabaceae pero que tiene un contenido bajo en psicotr\u00f3picos, tiene muchos beneficios. Hoy en d\u00eda, el c\u00e1\u00f1amo se usa en aceites o infusiones para tratar diversas patolog\u00edas como el estr\u00e9s y el dolor muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta ahora, los pacientes que ten\u00edan enfermedades espec\u00edficas importaban sus tratamientos a base de cannabis. Con este nuevo decreto, publicado el viernes 18 de febrero, el gobierno autoriz\u00f3 el cultivo de variedades m\u00e1s potentes de cannabis medicinal en el suelo franc\u00e9s. El cultivo de cannabis medicinal no comenzar\u00e1 hasta unos meses ya que el gobierno a\u00fan tiene que determinar algunos detalles. De momento, ya sabemos que estas nuevas variedades de cannabis medicinal tendr\u00e1n que ser cultivadas en un entorno cerrado, en invernadero, y ser controladas por las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El decreto publicado en el Diario Oficial el viernes sigue la creaci\u00f3n de un proyecto que empez\u00f3 en 2021. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2021, el uso del cannabis medicinal hab\u00eda sido autorizado en Francia como parte de un experimento m\u00e9dico de dos a\u00f1os que involucr\u00f3 a 3000 pacientes. Los pacientes hab\u00edan sido elegidos bajo la condici\u00f3n de sufrir de una enfermedad grave y \"en caso de alivio insuficiente o mala tolerancia\" a los tratamientos existentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este experimento, puesto en marcha por la ANSM, no se relaciona con la efectividad de los tratamientos, ya comprobada por otros estudios extranjeros, sino con la factibilidad de generalizar su uso en el territorio nacional. Los resultados del estudio se esperan para septiembre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En un plazo de cuatro meses, la comisi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 entregar sus conclusiones sobre los niveles de THC (tetrahidrocannabinol, la mol\u00e9cula psicotr\u00f3pica del cannabis) y de CBD (cannabidiol, la mol\u00e9cula relajante sin su efecto psicoactivo), as\u00ed como sobre las variedades de cannabis que se podr\u00e1n cultivar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n decidir\u00e1 sobre la trazabilidad y los controles necesarios para el cultivo de las plantas, as\u00ed como los criterios de calidad farmac\u00e9utica. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
