{"id":2123,"date":"2021-04-16T07:04:41","date_gmt":"2021-04-16T07:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cannadaily.news\/?p=2123"},"modified":"2021-04-16T07:04:43","modified_gmt":"2021-04-16T07:04:43","slug":"geroa-bai-brings-the-first-law-on-cannabis-to-the-spanish-senate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cannadaily.news\/es\/geroa-bai-brings-the-first-law-on-cannabis-to-the-spanish-senate\/","title":{"rendered":"Geroa Bai trae la primera ley sobre cannabis al Senado espa\u00f1ol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>La legalizaci\u00f3n del cannabis tutelada por la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica podr\u00eda aportar entre 300 y 600 millones de euros de ingresos al Estado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geroa Bai, una coalici\u00f3n pol\u00edtica regional de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra ha propuesto al Senado un proyecto de ley para regular la actividad de los clubes cann\u00e1bicos, as\u00ed como el consumo de la sustancia en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La coalici\u00f3n ha impulsado esta iniciativa en la C\u00e1mara Alta a trav\u00e9s del Grupo de Izquierda Confederal en el que se integra junto a Adelante Andaluc\u00eda, M\u00e9s per Mallorca, M\u00e1s Madrid, Comprom\u00eds y Catalunya en Com\u00fa Podem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata del texto que fue aprobado en 2014 por el Parlamento de Navarra a ra\u00edz de una Iniciativa Legislativa Popular (ILP) impulsada por Representaci\u00f3n Cann\u00e1bica Navarra (RCN-NOK) y que en 2017 fue anulado por el Tribunal Constitucional por invadir competencias estatales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a la decisi\u00f3n del tribunal, el Parlamento de Navarra opt\u00f3 en 2018 por presentar un proyecto de ley al Congreso pero su tramitaci\u00f3n se vio interrumpida por sucesivos procesos electorales. Koldo Mart\u00ednez, el senador de Geroa Bai finalmente present\u00f3 el proyecto de ley al Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma -ha explicado- persigue tres objetivos: permitir el autocultivo y el consumo individual y comunal, regular un mercado de tutela administrativa y definir la legalidad de la actividad de los clubes y asociaciones cann\u00e1bicas, que en la actualidad se encuentran en un vac\u00edo legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, la propuesta establece el l\u00edmite de cultivo individual en ocho plantas y el autoconsumo en diez gramos por d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de Representaci\u00f3n Cann\u00e1bica Navarra, Ferm\u00edn Les, ha se\u00f1alado que la regulaci\u00f3n del cannabis es \"importante\" para la libertad, puesto que ya existe legislaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica en pa\u00edses \"m\u00e1s democr\u00e1ticos\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El representante de RCN-NOK y activista Ram\u00f3n Morcillo ha remarcado que es un d\u00eda \"hist\u00f3rico\" para los colectivos de activismo cann\u00e1bico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veamos qu\u00e9 pasa en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas, tal vez pronto Espa\u00f1a legalice el cannabis en todas sus regiones.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The legalization of cannabis tutored by the public administration could provide between 300 and 600 million euros of income to the State.
