Algunos pa\u00edses han iniciado el proceso para despenalizar el uso del cannabis recreativo, mientras otros, 22 en total, han legalizado algunas formas de cannabis medicinal. Francia hab\u00eda elegido marchar sobre el camino del cannabis medicinal, pero est\u00e1 ahora considerando despenalizar el uso de cannabis recreativo.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Para entender este cambio de estrategia, tenemos que mirar un poco la historia legislativa de Francia acerca del cannabis.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><li>En Junio de 2013, Francia aprob\u00f3 una nueva legislaci\u00f3n que autoriz\u00f3 la compra y el uso del cannabis medicinal, con receta obligatoria.&nbsp;<\/li><li>En 2019, Francia introdujo  el plan piloto de acceso al cannabis medicinal.<\/li><li>En Noviembre de 2020, el Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea oblig\u00f3 a Francia a legalizar el uso de CBD en el pa\u00eds para alinear las pol\u00edticas europeas acerca del tema del cannabis.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Siguiendo estas nuevas normas, las tiendas de CBD han estado en auge en todo el pa\u00eds; con alrededor de 400 a 500 tiendas que se comercializan bajo el atractivo label del bienestar. Las tiendas se forman principalmente en las grandes ciudades y ofrecen diferentes tipos de productos relacionados con el CBD, como hierbas, t\u00e9s, mieles, chocolates y cosm\u00e9ticos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">El suceso de estas tiendas ha acelerado el debate en torno a la legalizaci\u00f3n del cannabis recreativo en el pa\u00eds. Es un gran cambio de perspectiva para Francia, que siempre ha sido muy represiva acerca del tema de las drogas. De hecho, hasta ahora, Francia siempre hab\u00eda estado cerrada al debate, aplicando una pol\u00edtica de prohibici\u00f3n severa al encuentro de drogas blandas como el cannabis. Aunque Francia es muy conservadora, sus ciudadanos invierten la tendencia. De hecho, los franceses siguen siendo los mayores consumidores de cannabis en Europa, con alrededor de 1 mill\u00f3n de fumadores diarios y alrededor de 5 millones ocasionales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color translation-block\">Consciente del \u00e9pico fracaso al intentar prohibir la marihuana en el pa\u00eds que fuma m\u00e1s, el gobierno est\u00e1 reconsiderando su legislaci\u00f3n sobre la legalizaci\u00f3n del cannabis recreativo que, si se legaliza, tendr\u00eda una dosis controlada de THC. El parlamento ha desarrollado una encuesta pidiendo la opini\u00f3n de sus ciudadanos sobre el tema, que hasta ahora ha sido respondida por m\u00e1s de 230.000 personas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Qui\u00e9n sabe, tal vez pronto la Torre Eiffel brilla en verde.
