Todav\u00eda siguen existiendo dificultades para incorporar este tipo de productos financieros en los mercados p\u00fablicos estadounidenses, ya que a\u00fan tienen dificultades para obtener capital como consecuencia de la prohibici\u00f3n federal que recae sobre marihuana. Por ello participan empresas de adquisici\u00f3n con fines especiales, o SPAC, acr\u00f3nimo de Special Purpose Acquisition Companies. Aunque se espera que el dominio de los dem\u00f3cratas en el Senado facilite cambios legales y que la industria se consolide con empresas peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y el mismo Auerbach ha hecho entrar en escena un actor de alfombra roja, dando otro paso para visibilizar su causa, amplificar su influencia y afianzarse en para encabezar el mercado con perspectivas favorables.
