La isla de Man ha creado nuevas regulaciones que permiten la producci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n del cannabis. La isla se encuentra en un lugar estrat\u00e9gico, entre Irlanda y el Reino Unido. No forma parte de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, tiene un gobierno independiente y totalmente aut\u00f3nomo, lo que le ha permitido crear estas leyes cann\u00e1bicas con libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Suprema Corte de Tynwald, Parlamento de la isla de Man, aprob\u00f3 la propuesta de ley por unanimidad, la cual permite a las personas o empresas con licencia producir productos a base de cannabis, incluidos aquellos con fines m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aun as\u00ed, la nueva normativa no ha cambiado la regulaci\u00f3n respecto del consumo: el uso del cannabis sigue siendo ilegal en la isla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cannabis, sin\u00f3nimo de beneficio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La miembro de la Casa de las Llaves de Ramsey, Tynwald, y del partido LibVan; Lawrie Hooper<\/a> declar\u00f3 que la nueva industria podr\u00eda suponer un \"contribuyente clave para la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica pospandemia de la isla de Man\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El gobierno ha estimado que la producci\u00f3n regulada del cannabis podr\u00eda aportar hasta 3 millones de libras esterlinas al a\u00f1o a las arcas del Tesoro, adem\u00e1s de generar unos 250 puestos de trabajo. Estas cifras se estiman para el inicio del proyecto, pero se espera que podr\u00edan llegar a ser mucho mas altas una vez que su desarrollo se encuentre a pleno rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alex Allinson MHK afirm\u00f3 que las nuevas reglas \"hab\u00edan tardado en llegar\" pero que deber\u00edan \"conducir a una mayor progresi\u00f3n en cuanto a pol\u00edtica de drogas\u201d. Quiz\u00e1s se refiera a la cuesti\u00f3n pendiente de la descriminalizaci\u00f3n del consumo de una planta que solo aporta beneficios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ya durante el a\u00f1o 2019 se realiz\u00f3 una encuesta publica en la que el 95% de los encuestados se mostraban a favor del cultivo del cannabis con fines medicinales en la isla. Es decir, que a parte de exportar y generar beneficio econ\u00f3mico, la isla de Man podr\u00eda autoabastecerse de cannabis con su propia industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y aqu\u00ed vemos otro ejemplo<\/a> de un sistema de cannabis industrial totalmente sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
