\u00a1Otro pa\u00eds en el BOOM del mercado CBD! Ahora le toca el turno a Francia, y es que, seg\u00fan sus defensores, el mercado del compuesto sin THC podr\u00eda llegar a los 1.000 millones de euros, ya que el Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea dictamin\u00f3 que es legal y concluy\u00f3 que el CBD no es un narc\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En noviembre de 2020, el Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea public\u00f3 que Francia no pod\u00eda prohibir la venta de CBD porque este estaba producido de forma legal en otro Estado miembro europeo. Tras esta noticia, las tiendas comenzaron a vender productos de CBD a lo loco. El mercado de CBD ofrece una gran variedad de productos: t\u00e9, aceite de cocina, miel, aceite de masaje, cosm\u00e9ticos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y no solo son los comercios m\u00e1s conocidos los que venden estos productos, los emprendedores tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1n interesando. Un agente inmobiliario de Par\u00eds, Kevin Uzan, cofundador de la agencia comercial Commerce Immo, declar\u00f3 al diario Le Monde que recibe unas 100 llamadas diarias, lo que supone que entre 10 y 15 personas est\u00e9n buscando inmuebles para ofrecer CBD en Par\u00eds. \u201cBuscan barrios de estilo bohemio como R\u00e9publique, Bastille, Marais, Saint-Germain y Saint-Michel\u201d, afirm\u00f3. Todos ellos tienen menos del 0,2 % de THC y, por tanto, no son considerados medicamentos, seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n europea. \u201cNo tenemos THC, pero s\u00ed tenemos el lado bueno del cannabidiol.
