The government of GOA looks to be introducing a bill to permit medical cannabis to be grown in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposal has already passed the vetting procedure by the law department and moved by the health department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, India voted in favor of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs to reclassify cannabis and drop it from the \u2018most strict\u2019 drug control list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a recommendation by the World Health Organization to be dropped from the list of dangerous narcotics and a change in the scope of control of cannabis and cannabis-related substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As always it is a waiting game to see if the government ministers will pass the bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being GOA<\/a> is famed for its hash and readily available weed to be smoked along its beautiful Baga beaches lined with hippies and surfers it won’t come as a shock if they do pass the law for it to be grown for medical purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soon we could all be fishing in Agonda with a joint ablaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It seems things are changing at an alarming rate in regions of the world who previously did not agree with science behind this magical plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

countries all over the world have seen incredible progress for medical and recreational use of the plant, and more importantly the decriminalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

lets hope 2021 brings even more change at an even faster rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
