Johnny was 14 years old when he used marijuana for the first time, at high school party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Colorado marijuana is legal, only if you are older than 21. This is a story that ends in tragedy for the 19 year old jumping from a sixth floor. Parents don\u00b4t gave their consent on the consumption. As his own mother, Laura Stack, has told us: “Johnny obtained marijuana illegally his entire life. He attempted to get a medical card at the age of 18, but no doctor would give him one, because he had no conditions warranting its use. The marijuana products Johnny used aren\u2019t medicinal plant \u2013 dabs are chemical concentrates of THC, 60-90% THC that can be freebased in crystal form like crack”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That\u00b4s why the adolescent spent 5 years hiding that he smoked to his parents .\u00a0 Perhaps Johnny didn’t has the right tools?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teenager’s mother, explain that “Johnny suffered some psychotic episodes from smoking full THC dabs”. He did receive help and many treatments; medications, doctors, therapists, psychiatrists and then several mental hospital stays where he was diagnosed with in the medical hospital THC ABUSE SEVERE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only does his family blame THC for his death, the DEA also gave his two cents on the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Was cannabis really the problem?<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Kenneth Finn, a pain medicine physician, say that “Marijuana is the most prevalent substance in total adolescent suicide in Colorado.” According to the DEA, the problem specifically is the high levels of THC<\/strong>. Which are now much higher than ever and cause some of the dangerous problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe plants are modified. It is not really from a natural product. I’m not sure what the correct term would be. Genetically altered to become strong by a specialized botanist and scientist. “said Dante Sorianello, the assistant special agent in charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration in the San Antonio district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which is correct.\u00a0The abuse of THC can trigger alterations in psychological behavior, but so can alcohol.\u00a0We think the real problem was that Johnny couldn’t get access to a type of cannabis product to help him.\u00a0It’s not his parents’ fault, much less Johnny’s.\u00a0The problem arises from the social ignorance of Cannabis.\u00a0If Johnny had really been aware of what he was consuming, he might have made a better choice.\u00a0He liked to use cannabis, but he used the wrong product.\u00a0We affirm this because, for example, he could have had access to more natural marijuana that have more balanced levels of CBD and THC, which would not have caused him psychotic episodes.\u00a0Even Dab-type extractions, which is what he liked, rich in CBD which does not affect the brain’s nervous system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
