For many years people and science have said that\u00a0the effects of smoking cannabis can induce a very strong right brain hemisphere function.
\u00a0A part of the brain which is said to control creativity, pattern recognition, intuition plus much more.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n


<\/em>CARL SAGAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


In fact Dr. Carl Sagan<\/a> a renowned astrophysicist, astronomer made these claims and came up with a hypothesis over 40 years ago.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/em>As the years go on, his claims have been supported by a number of studies
which confirms Carl Sagan was not exactly ‘spot on’ but very close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


He had a very accurate hypothesis for the time much of which has proven to be true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


What the right side controls<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Interestingly although the part of the brain that controls creativity and other important aspects of our mind, including all types of care such as empathy, does not control focused attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Ornstein wrote the effects were like how we see the stars during the day the brightness of the sun blocks out the stars (Right Hemisphere thinking), but when the other side is weakened (by the effects of cannabis) we are able to see the stars.

Endocannabinoid System <\/strong>
<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It must be said that what we now know a lot more about the endocannabinoid system than we did 40 years ago.What we know now, is every man and animal on this planet has this system in their body much like the nervous system.  A system which can only be activated by cannabinoids. Cannabinoids which are only found in cannabis, goes to show Carl was on the right page.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we know now about this system is it has an incredible variety of physiological and cognitive functions that can only be activated by this magical plant. Some of my favourite areas this part of the brain is: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

in control of is our ability to remember personal events (episodic memory).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in complex problem-solving.
in the conception of new ideas.
