The company specializes in white label manufacturing and brand distribution. It recently got acquired by GenCanna, a Kentucky-based producer of hemp-derived CBD and other cannabinoids. GenCanna is in fact the leading company in the THC-free CBD market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Both organisations believe that this union will continue the successful three-year relationship they have been having in which GenCanna will keep supplying Taylor Mammon with primary source of CBD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Commenting on the news, Nathan Wogman, co-founder and Managing Director of Taylor Mammon said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u201cWe are delighted with the opportunity this acquisition affords us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u201cGenCanna\u2019s acquisition of Taylor Mammon positions us for significant international growth and to be a global leader in the CBD arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u201cOur partnership provides us with the financial and intellectual capital and discipline to accelerate our growth through product innovation, contract manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution services.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">GenCanna CEO, Andrew Barnett, added:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u201cThis alliance \u2014 which we understand is the first of its kind for a UK-based CBD company \u2014 drives unique and mutually beneficial operational and marketing synergies that will catapult product development, sales, and revenue opportunities within our respective geographies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In fact, the acquisition comes after an 18-month initiative from Taylor Mammon to prepare for its Novel Foods Application at a UK and EU level.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Such acquisition is the first time in the history of the UK\u2019s CBD community.\u00a0 Taylor Mammon is a UK-based CBD manufacturer and distributor.
